I lived in another state and only had my phone to work with while trying to navigate a purchase through 2020's early and unprecedented COVID-19 crisis. Roger accommodated all my requests, took me on tours of properties and answered myriad questions, all while making a transitional move himself--driving back and forth from one location to my location. He even spoke with my son several times as I didn't have internet access at home (helping him do some of the paperwork for me, at my request).
